You may know the hot body, but you probably don't know the man behind those famous Calvin Klein briefs. Well, now
you will. Freddie Ljungberg, a top player for the undefeated English soccer champion team Arsenal, just may be the man
to finally make soccer a sexy sport in the U.S. Failing that, the Swedish sexpot certainly makes for a great billboard!
STAR: How's life as a sex god?
FL: It feels good. I wouldn't say it's an "honor," but it feels nice to think people feel
that way.
STAR: What was your first reaction to seeing yourself larger than life on a billboard?
FL: It was awkward. I've always done shoots with clothes on before. But I got used to
it.
STAR: Would you ever pose naked?
FL: No. That would never happen.
STAR: What's the story behind your tattoo?
FL: That tattoo in the picture is false. But I have two black panthers that are twice as big
[as this one], which I designed myself. I think they're beautiful animals.
STAR: So, are you dating anyone?
FL: No, no. I'm quite single.
STAR: What do you like in a woman?
FL: I like when they're confident and believe in themselves. And as long as they're themselves,
that's fine.
STAR: Do you think reports of David Beckham's recent cheating scandal will hurt his career or help him
get more famous?
FL: I know him, and I feel sorry for him. It got blown out of proportion. Sometimes
that's part of being a soccer star. He got caught up in it, but he's a strong man.
STAR: What's on your iPod right now?
FL: Evanescence. Linkin Park.
STAR: Whuch are better: American or European girls?
FL: I haven't been in the U.S. that much, so I can't say. But I'll let you know.
